Description:

The class follows the idea of the „evolution five“:

Our body, a physical system in gravity moves

  • on the floor,

  • from laying to sitting,

  • from laying+ sitting to all four,
  • from laying+ sitting+ on all four to moving on two (hands or feet)
  • finally from these lower/ neutral levels into the air (jumps)

    (and all the possible ways back again and mixed)


Learn to travel with gravity, through using momentum and releasing,

see how it feels to put yourself upside down

and learn to enjoy the thrill of off-balance and being „controlled uncontrolled“.
